Parsons University of Martial Arts calls the work Counter Assault Tactics. William C. Parsons developed the system about 20 years ago from Tae Kwon Do, Hawa Rang Do, and Wing Chung Kung Fu. The line on the flyer is street tested peace of mind.

Who it is for
